Hi my name is Gus Grunden and my wife is Tracy together we have a family owned business.   We offer all types of auction options.  We have a large building where we can sell your items if weather or space is a concern.  Or another option is to have an on site auction at your location.  Many factors decide which is the best option for you.  We offer estate, farm, equipment, out of business and Real Estate Auctions as well.  We can sell just the Real Estate or the Real Estate and contents.  If you prefer we can even just list your Real Estate.  There are lots of options and we would love to discuss your scenario with you.  I have been an auctioneer since 1987 and my wife has been with Keller Williams since 2016.  Please feel free to call us anytime to set up your appointment!!
